A butterfly plate is arranged in a passage of the valve core ball. The butterfly plate is connected with a valve rod of the butterfly plate. The top of the valve rod of the butterfly plate is connected with a handwheel. The valve rod of the butterfly plate is arranged at the middle of th valve rod of the valve core ball.
