Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to an intelligent safety monitor and a brushless excitation detection device for a large generator. An execution identification program is used for realizing the in-service monitoring of steady-state electric quantity and the detection of the electric quantity of a brushless excitation unit rotor, temperature rise, and dynamic operating conditions. The utility model comprises a microcomputer and a data collecting plate with 16 channels. Sampling is simultaneously implemented for all the channels. Signals of external voltage, current, etc., which are collected on site are transformed into standard computer input signals through a PT/CT interface device connected with the input end of the data collecting plate. The signals are sent to the microcomputer for processing and display through the data collecting plate. The utility model has the advantages of indication of operation power angle stability tolerance, providing winding electric quantity of the brushless excitation rotor and temperature rise, notable enhancement of safe and stable operation level of a unit, extension of phase advancing range, and enhancement of line transmission capacity. |
