The utility model is characterized in that a releasing plate (2) of the releasing device is in a lute shape, a screw hole is arranged on the exicrcle surface of a magnetic yoke (4) of the electricity losing brake device, the rod end of the releasing device are bent and extended to the excircle surface of the magnetic yoke (4) of the electricity losing brake device, a regulating screw (1) is arranged in the screw hole, an oblique slot (12) is arranged at the back side of the magnetic yoke (4) under a nail head, and steel balls (3) are arranged in the slot. The brake removal of fast release can be realized by screwing downward the regulating screw (1), and the brake removal of slow release can be realized by directly pulling leftward the regulating screw (1) or pulling leftward the releasing plate (2).
