Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a railway vehicle. The tread of each wheel of the railway vehicle is a rough surface with texture in two crossed direction, or the texture of the tread has no direction, or the tread is raised in the shape of fine grains. The center pins of steering frames which are composed of backward and forward double wheel pair are respectively positioned on the centerlines of the front part and the rear part of the chassis with the same length. The utility model has the advantages of novel and simple structure, easy processing, and easy installation. The utility model can eliminate the phenomenon of the idle rotation of a vehicle on rail surfaces because of slipping, and noise which is generated by mutual friction and collision between the vehicle and the rail surfaces, and can also eliminate the impact to rails because of the nonuniform transfer of vehicle weight through the wheels to prevent or relieve the damage which is caused by impact force to the rails and road beds, especially shock damage to people or goods which are loaded by the vehicle.
