Zusammenfassung:	A novel LED candle lamp comprises a lens body which is cylindrical on the whole, a containing groove is formed in the bottom of the lens body, an LED lamp bead substrate with an LED lamp is installed in the containing groove, a first groove is formed in the bottom of the containing groove, a refraction groove with a large upper opening and a small lower opening is formed in the upper portion of the lens body, and a second groove is formed in the bottom of the refraction groove. A divergent transmission structure of a concave lens structure is formed between the first groove and the second groove so that the LED lamp can diverge and transmit to the bottom of the refraction groove, the side wall of the refraction groove is provided with a plurality of step sections extending to the end of the refraction groove from the bottom of the side wall of the refraction groove, and each step section comprises a plurality of steps with the same step height.
