A control mechanism penetrates through the middle of a drainage hose and comprises a cylinder fixing plate and a cylinder, the cylinder fixing plate penetrates through the drainage hose, a hollow structure is formed in the cylinder fixing plate, a through groove is formed in one side face of the cylinder fixing plate, and the cylinder is connected into the through groove in a rolling mode and located on one side face of the drainage hose and rolls on the inner wall of the cylinder fixing plate.
