Zusammenfassung:	According to the blanking buffering claw device, a transmission assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a first insert bearing with a seat, a second insert bearing with a seat and a transmission block, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the second insert bearing with the seat, the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the first insert bearing with the seat to be connected with the transmission block, and the other end of the transmission block is connected with the output end of a telescopic air cylinder; the material blocking assembly comprises a plurality of first claw fixing blocks, a plurality of second claw fixing blocks, a plurality of first material blocking claws and a plurality of second material blocking claws, the first material blocking claw fixing blocks and the second material blocking claw fixing blocks are arranged on the rotating shaft, one end of each first material blocking claw is connected with the corresponding first claw fixing block, and the other end of each sec
