Zusammenfassung:The seedling raising tray comprises an outer tray and a plurality of seedling raising cups, a plurality of storage positions are arranged in the outer tray, and a water storage cavity is arranged at the bottom end of the outer tray. The seedling raising cup is arranged in the storage position, and a water permeable opening communicating the containing cavity and the water storage cavity is formed in the bottom end of the seedling raising cup. Firstly, the seedling raising cups are filled with soil for burying and cultivating to-be-germinated seeds, and then the seedling raising cups are placed in the containing positions of the outer disc. Due to the fact that the bottom end of the seedling raising cup is provided with the water permeable opening communicated with the containing cavity and the water storage cavity, water in the water storage cavity can permeate into the seedling raising cup through the water permeable opening, and then water can be supplemented to soil in the seedling raising cup.
