A sealing cover plate is mounted on the upper surface of the tank body through bolts; the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the rear side of the outer cambered surface of the tank body; a loosening mechanism; the loosening mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the telescopic mechanism and fixedly connected with the sealing cover plate; the feeding port is formed in the front side of the upper surface of the sealing cover plate and externally connected with an external conveying pump, the control switch group is arranged at the upper end of the right side of the outer cambered surface of the tank body, and the input end of the control switch group is electrically connected with an external power source. The telescopic mechanism comprises an electric telescopic rod, a connecting rod and a mounting plate, the electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the rear
