The knitting needle quenching furnace comprises a rack, a conveying device, a heating device and a cooling device, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, and the conveying belt is used for conveying knitting needle materials; the conveying device conveys knitting needle materials into the heating device, and the heating device is used for heating the knitting needle materials; the cooling device comprises a cooling box, a magnetic mechanism, a second conveying mechanism and a cooling assembly, the conveying device conveys knitting needle materials into the heating device to be heated, so that metallographic structure changes occur in the knitting needle materials, and then the knitting needle materials are conveyed into cooling liquid in the cooling device to be cooled; and the knitting needle materials are adsorbed on the second conveying mechanism through the magnetic mechanism, so that the scattered knitting needle materials can be
