Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a range hood sealing structure and a refrigeration range hood, and the range hood sealing structure comprises an air conditioner assembly which is internally provided with a heat dissipation pipeline and a smoke guide pipeline; a negative pressure air channel is formed in the range hood assembly, and a heat dissipation opening and a smoke exhaust opening which communicate with the negative pressure air channel are formed in the range hood assembly; and the sealing assembly is connected between the air conditioner assembly and the range hood assembly in a sealed mode and communicates with the heat dissipation pipeline and the heat dissipation opening, and/or communicates with the smoke guide pipeline and the smoke exhaust opening. The sealing assembly is arranged between the air conditioner assembly and the range hood assembly, on one hand, the sealing performance of the heat transfer process between the air conditioner assembly and the range hood assembly can be improved, heat dis
