Zusammenfassung:	The hoisting device for the cargo ship comprises a bottom frame, a supporting frame is vertically fixed to the center of the bottom frame, a lifting chain is arranged at one end of the bottom frame, and the top of the supporting frame and the top of the lifting chain are both connected with a portal crane hook head. The connecting piece is used for connecting the bottom of the lifting chain to the bottom frame and is used for adjusting the pulling force applied to the bottom frame by the lifting chain; the balancing weight is detachably connected to one end of the bottom frame; the hanging beam is rotatably connected to the other end of the bottom frame; a limiting piece is arranged on the bottom frame, and when the hanging beam rotates to be parallel to the length direction of the bottom frame, the limiting piece is used for limiting the hanging beam.
