Comprising a fixing frame, a fixing mechanism is installed outside the fixing frame, an adjusting mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a control mechanism are installed in the fixing frame, the adjusting mechanism comprises two air cylinders, and the two air cylinders are rotationally connected to the top ends of the two sides of the opposite faces in the fixing frame correspondingly; and connecting arms are rotationally connected to the middles of the two sides of the opposite faces in the fixing frame correspondingly, the output ends of the two air cylinders are rotationally connected with one sides of the bottoms of the corresponding connecting arms, and a plurality of evenly-distributed fixing blocks are rotationally connected to the other sides of the two connecting arms. The air cylinder works to drive the connecting arm to rotate, the connecting arm rot
