Zusammenfassung:	The stirrer comprises a discharging base, a first driving motor and a second driving motor, a discharging barrel is arranged above the discharging base in a communicating mode, a stirring barrel is integrally arranged above the discharging barrel, a feeding opening is formed in one side of the upper portion of the stirring barrel, and a discharging opening is formed in the other side of the upper portion of the stirring barrel. A first driving motor is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper portion of the stirring barrel, a rotating shaft is fixed to the output end of the first driving motor, a first stirring plate is fixed to the upper surface of the rotating shaft, and a second stirring plate is fixed to the lower surface of the rotating shaft.
