The scroll plate base is simple in structure, the soft spraying layer can provide axial or radial compensation for parts through self abrasion and sacrifice, so that the scroll plate base and a molded line continuously keep an assembly gap, the sealing effect of precision machining and a sealing groove structure is partially replaced, and the phenomenon of excessive abrasion or leakage is avoided; secondly, the solid lubricating material has excellent antifriction and wear-resisting properties, the adhesive force of the solid lubricating material on the surface of the aluminum alloy can be improved by using the loose and porous anodic oxide film for transition, and the so
