Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a waist and wrist integrated pressure injury prevention restraint strap which comprises a waist restraint strap, the two sides of the waist restraint strap are connected with a first wrist restraint strap and a second wrist restraint strap, a flexible humidity sensor is arranged on the waist restraint strap, a first through hole is formed in one side of the flexible humidity sensor, and a second through hole is formed in the other side of the flexible humidity sensor. A second through hole is formed in the end, close to the waist restraint strap, of the first wrist restraint strap, a third through hole is formed in the end, close to the waist restraint strap, of the second wrist restraint strap, and one end of the first wrist restraint strap extends outwards to form a first bed edge fixing strap. One end of the second wrist restraint strap extends outwards to form a second bed edge fixing strap, and fixing devices are arranged on the first bed edge fixing strap and the second bed e
