Zusammenfassung:	A packaging bag overturning and taking mechanism comprises a fixing plate, a lifting assembly is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate, an overturning assembly is arranged on the lifting assembly in a connected mode, a piece taking assembly is arranged on the overturning assembly in a connected mode, the lifting assembly comprises a lifting air cylinder, a vertical sliding rail, an arc-shaped sliding groove and a rotating sliding block, the arc-shaped sliding groove is formed in the fixing plate, and the rotating sliding block is arranged in the arc-shaped sliding groove. One side of the rotating sliding block is movably clamped in the arc-shaped sliding groove, a sliding block is arranged on the vertical guide rail, a rotating fixing block is installed on the sliding block, the overturning assembly is arranged on the rotating fixing block and connected with the rotating sliding block, and a driving rod of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the rotating fixing block. The lifting air cylinder driv
