Wherein an outlet rich solution of the main absorption tower is divided into two parts through a first flow divider, one part is preheated in a first heat exchanger by utilizing latent heat of regeneration mixed gas of a regeneration tower and then enters the regeneration tower, and the other part is preheated in a second liquid heat exchanger by utilizing sensible heat of regeneration barren solution of the regeneration tower and then enters the regeneration tower; the two preheated hot rich solutions are heated and absorbed through a reboiler, CO2 is desorbed in a regeneration tower to form regeneration mixed gas and regeneration barren solution, and CO2 product gas and water vapor are further separated from the regeneration mixed gas through a gas-liquid separator.
