Zusammenfassung:	An outer transmission ratio gear and an outer bearing seat are arranged at the outer end of a transition shaft of the portable power transmission device, an inner transmission ratio gear and an inner bearing seat are arranged at the inner end of the transition shaft, and the outer transmission ratio gear is connected with a first transmission ratio gear through a first synchronous belt. The first transmission ratio gear is connected with a first transmission shaft swing arm through a first transmission shaft, and the first transmission shaft swing arm is connected with an outer bearing seat through a first telescopic swing arm. The inner transmission ratio gear is connected with a second transmission ratio gear through a second synchronous belt, the second transmission ratio gear is connected with a second transmission shaft swing arm through a second transmission shaft, and the second transmission shaft swing arm is connected with the inner bearing seat through a second telescopic swing arm. The power transm
