The connecting disc is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end of the connecting disc extends into the mounting cavity of the disc body, and the first end of the connecting disc is connected with the disc body; the gear ring is connected with the first end of the connecting disc in a concave-convex fit mode, and a clamping spring is arranged between the gear ring and the first end of the connecting disc so as to axially limit the gear ring; the flange is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end of the flange is used for being connected with the second end of the connecting disc, and the second end of the flange is used for being connected with a hub of the wheel.
