The detection unit comprises a substrate, a gas sensitive layer, a heating layer, a signal electrode and a heating electrode. The substrate is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite in the thickness direction of the substrate. The gas sensitive layer is arranged on the first surface. The heating layer is arranged on the second surface. The signal electrode is attached between the substrate and the gas-sensitive layer and partially protrudes out of the gas-sensitive layer. The heating electrode is attached between the substrate and the heating layer and partially protrudes out of the heating layer. At least part of one of the signal electrode and the heating electrode extends to the surface where the other one is located.
