The placing assemblies are erected on the two supporting rods, each placing assembly is sleeved with a plurality of sets of adhesive tape, and the placing assemblies are detachably connected with the supporting rods. The adhesive tape transfer device can effectively limit tidy arrangement of a large number of adhesive tapes, and it is ensured that the adhesive tapes are in a tidy stacking state in the transfer process; the outer portion of the adhesive tape transfer device is not shielded, packaging personnel can directly observe all adhesive tapes, and sorting and taking operation is convenient.
