The circuit is characterized by comprising a DC power supply bus (1), a power diode (2), a first filter capacitor (61), a second filter capacitor (62), a current-limiting resistor (3), an N-channel MOSFET (4), an optocoupler isolation gate driver (5), a first bus voltage sampling resistor (71), a second bus voltage sampling resistor (72), an isolation operational amplifier (8) and a microcontroller (MCU) (9). The device is small in size, large in current, high in reliability, high in safety and low in cost, and a high-side control power-on anti-impact circuit with isolation is adopted. A direct-current circuit and an alternating-current circuit can be controlled, and the high side and the negative end of the power supply can be controlled; and the CPU side and the bus voltage side can be electrically isolated from each other by the high-side control power-on anti-impact circuit.
