Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to an upper limb fixing device which comprises a fixing cover, a fixing sleeve, a buffering connecting piece and a fastening strip, the fixing cover is detachably connected with the fixing sleeve, the buffering connecting piece is connected with the fixing sleeve through the fastening strip, and the upper limb fixing device further comprises an elastic piece and a cover sleeve connecting piece. The elastic piece is connected to the buffer connecting piece and is used for adjusting the tightness of the buffer connecting piece; the two ends of the cover sleeve connecting piece are connected with the fixing cover and the fixing sleeve respectively.
