A diaphragm body is arranged in the tank body so as to divide the tank body into a cathode region and an anode region; the liquid inlet channel comprises a plurality of branch channels, each branch channel is used for introducing a medium into the cathode region of each tank body, and an inlet of each branch channel is lower than an outlet of the branch channel. The liquid separation tank is arranged in the tank body, a medium of the branch channel is introduced into the liquid separation tank, the inner bottom surface of the liquid separation tank is planar, and the liquid separation tank is used for dispersing the medium introduced into the tank body. The inner bottom surface of the liquid separation tank is planar, so that the catholyte can be disper
