A fastening bolt penetrates through the lower transverse clamping pipe and the upper transverse clamping plate to be used for clamping and fixing one ends of the two longitudinal square steel pipes of the cross beam to the tray, an anti-overturning baffle is arranged on the base frame, and the tray is clamped and blocked after the anti-overturning baffle rotates along a hinge shaft so as to prevent the tray from overturning downwards and upwards.
