A movable cavity is formed in the foam shell; a movement is movably arranged in the movable cavity in a lifting manner; the machine core is provided with a massage head; a placement groove is formed in the bottom of the movable cavity; an air bag is fixedly arranged in the placing groove; the bottom of the machine core abuts against the top of the air bag.
