The lower end of the grab rail is pivoted with the pedal rod, the grab rail is further pivoted with the vertical support, the damping device is in transmission connection with the second middle shaft, the second middle shaft is relatively located on the front side of the first middle shaft, and the damping device is fixedly connected to the front end of the vertical support.
