The first input end of the secondary saponification tank is connected with the output end of the pickling tank, the second input end of the secondary saponification tank is connected with the input end of the secondary dissolving tank, the first output end of the secondary saponification tank is connected with the input end of the storage tank, and the second output end of the secondary saponification tank is connected with the input end of the austenite furnace; saponification treatment is carried out on the treated organic extraction agent through primary saponification and secondary saponification, all impurity
