Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an air duct with an air guide device, which belongs to the technical field of cooling towers and comprises a straight air duct, and a conical air duct is mounted at the upper end of the straight air duct. The upper end diameter of the conical air duct is larger than the lower end diameter; fins are uniformly mounted on the inner wall of the conical air duct; the fins are obliquely installed on the horizontal plane and are opposite to the fan blades in inclination direction. The upper air duct of the air duct is in a cone frustum shape, and the lower air duct is of a straight air duct structure. Arc-shaped air guide fins are mounted in the conical air duct; the fixed arc-shaped fins are arranged corresponding to the rotating direction of the fan; and the air speed of the exhaust inlet and the air outlet is effectively reduced. The dynamic pressure of damp and hot air entering the atmosphere is reduced, the total pressure of the fan is reduced, and therefore energy input is reduced.
