A first semicircular shell is arranged on one side of the positioning piece, a second semicircular shell is arranged on the other side of the positioning piece, first lamp grooves are formed in the outer wall of the first semicircular shell at equal intervals, the first lamp strips adhere to the interiors of the first lamp grooves, second lamp grooves are formed in the outer wall of the second semicircular shell at equal intervals, and the second lamp strips adhere to the interiors of the second lamp grooves.
