The upper part and the lower part of the wedge-shaped heat-conducting plate are provided with heat-conducting grease layers, the upper part of the wedge-shaped heat-conducting plate is connected with the base through the heat-conducting grease layer, and the lower part of the wedge-shaped heat-conducting plate is connected with the stator core through the heat-conducting grease layer.
