The adjusting mechanism communicates with the connecting pipe and one end of the grouting pipe, and the other end of the grouting pipe is connected with the pressurizer. The adjusting mechanism is positioned in the tunnel, so that the situation that the adjusting mechanism slides down due to the fact that the side wall of the tunnel is a cambered surface is avoided, and grouting construction can be stably conducted without manually holding the grouting pipe; the multiple grouting pipes are connected with the pressurizer, the pressurizer
