The fresh feeding buffer tank is sequentially connected with a fresh feeding oil pump, a heat exchanger, a fresh feeding heating furnace and a mixed feeding buffer tank, the mixed feeding buffer tank is further connected with a fourth pipeline and a fifth pipeline which are used for conveying vacuum circulating oil and a fresh catalyst respectively, and a discharge port of the mixed feeding buffer tank is connected with a reactor. The upper end of the reactor is connected with a hot high-pressure separator, the upper end of the hot high-pressure separator is connected with a circulating hydrogen pipeline, and the lower end of the hot high-pressu
