The self-adaptive device comprises a first mounting seat, a second mounting seat and a connecting piece, one of the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat is provided with a concave part, the connecting piece is connected with the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, and the first mounting seat can rotate relative to the second mounting seat; the base beam is connected with the first mounting seat; the wheel assembly is connected with the second mounting seat; the abrasion measuring device comprises a bearing part and a sensor assembly which are connected with each other, and the bearing part is arranged on the wheel assembly. In conclusion, the rail inspection trolley is provided with the self-adaptive device, and by means of the self-adaptive adjusting function of the self-adaptive device, the fitting degree between the rail insp
