By rotating the pressure adjusting rod, pressure is elastically applied between the friction disc and the friction wheel through the spring, and torques under different loads are simulated. Numerical values are measured and displayed through a rotating speed sensor, a torque sensor and a display device. The testing device is connected with a to-be-tested motor through an elastic coupling.
