A temperature sensing detection loop with NTC characteristics and a pressure sensing detection loop with pressure-sensitive characteristics are connected in parallel to monitor sensing temperature and sensing pressure in a set environment in real time so as to comprehensively judge whether an alarm signal is output or not; particularly, the NTC special temperature sensing unit and the pressure sensitive special pressure sensing unit are integrally mounted right above a battery safety valve in the battery module or integrally mounted between two adjacent batteries, and once the batteries break down, a detector can timely sense the temperature and pressure in the batteries and output an alarm signal through comprehensive judgment.
