The battery protection board comprises a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a plurality of flexible connecting pieces, the plurality of flexible connecting pieces are connected between the first circuit board and the second circuit board at intervals, and the first circuit board is stacked on the second circuit board through the flexible connecting pieces. In this way, reliable connection of the first circuit board and the second circuit board can be achieved through the multiple flexible connecting pieces arranged at intervals. Due to the fact that the flexible connecting piece is flexible and can be bent, the position where the flexible connecting piece is connected with the first circuit board can be bent, the position where the flexible connecting piece is connected with the second circuit board can be bent, and therefore the first circuit board and the second circuit board ar
