The battery pack includes: a BMS control board; the upper cover is positioned above the BMS control panel; and one end of the connecting pole is fixed and electrically connected with the BMS control panel, and the other end of the connecting pole extends out of the upper cover and is fixedly connected with the upper cover. In the battery pack, the connection pole is fixed and electrically connected to the BMS control panel, and the connection pole extends out of the upper cover, so that the total electrode of the battery cell module is led out; according to the arrangement, a connecting line among the BMS control panel, the connecting pole and the upper cover is omitted, so that the situation of internal short circuit of the battery pack caused by faults such as failure and looseness of the connecting line of the BMS control panel or line crossing is avoided, and the safety and the reliability of leading out the total electrode are ensured; furthermore, through the
