By means of indoor temperature and humidity data collected by the sensor module and analysis of the control algorithm module, whether the current environment meets the requirement of a set value or not can be dynamically judged, then a proper adjusting strategy is generated, and an adjusting instruction is transmitted to an air conditioner tail end draught fan through the driver module. In this way, the operation rotating speed and the air outlet temperature of the fan can be adjusted according to needs so as to dynamically meet the requirement for the indoor environment set value, and therefore the purpose of energy-saving control is achieved, and the energy efficiency performance of an air conditioning system is improved; the air-conditioning termi
