Zusammenfassung:	The fastening screw comprises a screw head and a screw rod, the screw head is composed of a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are integrally connected, the outer diameter of the second connecting part is smaller than that of the first connecting part, and a gasket with the outer diameter larger than that of the first connecting part is arranged on the outer side face of the second connecting part in a sleeved mode. The gasket is tightly attached to the bottom of the first connecting part and provided with at least two protruding blocks which are embedded into the first connecting part to be fixed, and the screw rod is integrally connected to the bottom of the second connecting part.
