The outlet of the 1 # low-pressure cylinder is communicated with the heat release side of the 1 # condenser; an outlet of the second medium-pressure cylinder is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the shell side of the heat supply network, the other path is communicated with an inlet of the second low-pressure cylinder through a second medium-low pressure cylinder communication valve, an outlet of the second low-pressure cylinder is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the heat release side of the third condenser through a third condenser inlet valve, and the other path is co
