The energy consumption assembly is movably connected with the guide rod and comprises a first energy consumption piece and a second energy consumption piece, and the guide rod is clamped after the first energy consumption piece and the second energy consumption piece are encircled; the reset assemblies are arranged on the two sides, away from the guide rod, of the energy dissipation assembly correspondingly, and each reset assembly comprises a connecting rod penetrating through the first energy dissipation piece and the second energy dissipation piece in sequence and a reset piece arranged at the end of the connecting rod and connected with the first energy dissipation piece or the second energy dissipation piece in an abutting mode. The adjusting part is arranged in the direction, away from the first energy consumption part or the second energy consumption part, of the reset part, and
