Zusammenfassung: | A casting disc molten aluminum filling and intercepting structure effectively solves the problem that when molten aluminum flows into a crystallizer, the molten aluminum is unstable, and air holes are prone to being generated. Comprising a flow dividing disc, a main runner is arranged on the flow dividing disc, branch runners are arranged on the two sides of the main runner, liquid inlet holes are formed in the two sides of each branch runner, and flow intercepting grooves are formed between the branch runners and the liquid inlet holes and are of a V-shaped structure with the lower portion narrow and the upper portion wide. The flow channel is simple and ingenious in structure and convenient to use, due to the arrangement of the V-shaped flow intercepting groove, when molten aluminum in the flow channel is injected into the crystallizer, the molten aluminum entering the crystallizer can be more uniform and stable, air holes can be reduced, and therefore the quality of aluminum ingots is improved.
