Zusammenfassung:	An effusion drainage device comprises a transparent bottle body, a cover body, a sputum collecting cavity and a negative pressure switching valve. The top of the transparent bottle body is open, a cover body used for sealing the opening is arranged at the position corresponding to the opening of the transparent bottle body, and a sealed sputum collecting cavity is formed in the transparent bottle body. A drainage catheter connector correspondingly communicated with the transparent bottle body, a sputum suction pipe connector correspondingly communicated with the sputum collecting cavity and a negative pressure pipe connector correspondingly communicated with a negative pressure suction device are arranged at the top of the cover body at intervals.
