A wheel pair used for running and supporting the whole vehicle is arranged below the vehicle frame, and the storage battery, the control system and the frame body are all arranged above the vehicle frame. The grinding unit is arranged in the frame body, and the dustproof chip blocking device is arranged on the frame body. The first transverse moving assembly and the second transverse moving assembly are arranged between the frame and the polishing unit and form a transverse moving kinematic pair.
