A battery pack cross beam transfer tool car comprises a chassis provided with a movable part, a fixing frame fixedly installed on the chassis, a transverse supporting beam arranged on the fixing frame, an anti-collision beam located below the transverse supporting beam, and a plurality of hanging rods which are fixedly installed on at least one side face of the transverse supporting beam, extend outwards and are used for hanging battery pack cross beams. The distance between every two adjacent hanging rods is arranged in an alternating mode of a first distance and a second distance. At least two layers of transverse supporting beams and anti-collision beams can be fixed at preset height positions of the fixing frame at preset intervals, namely, a first transverse supporting beam, a first anti-collision beam, a second transverse supporting beam and a second anti-collision beam are respectively fixed at intervals. Therefore, two products can be used at the same time, the problems of collision and deformation du
