The bottle body is in threaded connection with a bottle cap through a lower screw groove, an inner rotating groove is formed in the top face of the interior of the bottle cap, a sealing rubber pad is rotatably connected to the interior of the inner rotating groove, an inner cap is rotatably connected to the outer side of an upper groove, a medicine outlet is formed in the end face of the inner cap, and an anti-skid piece is installed on the outer surface of the inner cap.
