Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a flexible circuit board assembly and a battery pack, the flexible circuit board assembly is used for connecting a battery cell and a BMS board in a battery module, the flexible circuit board assembly comprises a flexible circuit board and a buffer piece, one end of the flexible circuit board is connected with the battery cell located on a first wall surface of the battery module, and the other end of the flexible circuit board is connected with the BMS board located on a second wall surface of the battery module; the buffer piece is arranged between the flexible circuit board and the battery module and supports the flexible circuit board. As the flexible circuit board is usually connected with the BMS board and the battery cell which are positioned on the two wall surfaces, the flexible circuit board needs to be bent, and when vibration and impact occur in the use process of the battery pack, the bent flexible circuit board can be pulled, so that the battery pack cannot be damaged.
