The positioning clamp structurally comprises a clamping sleeve assembly, the clamping sleeve assembly is provided with attaching parts matched with the two side edges of the iron core corner, the attaching parts are magnetic, the inner side of each attaching part is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning columns are matched with the half holes.
